We do require all approved orders to be made by a client with a current

client-patient relationship with our facility.

If the name on the card being processed is different then the client on-file please fill in the pets name as 'pet name - clients name' as we must have client name on the prescription to process. 

ex. 'Teddy - Jane Doe'
